Factors Affecting Performance [Text Block] | How did the Fund perform during the reporting period? For the 12 months ended October 31, 2024, the Fund outperformed its benchmark, the Bloomberg Municipal Bond Index. U.S. economic growth hovered around 3% on a year-over-year basis during the period, quelling recession fears. The Federal Reserve began cutting interest rates for the first time since early 2020, and the year-over-year rate of consumer price inflation eased to around 2.5%. Even with some negative monthly returns, U.S. investment-grade bonds posted strong gains for the fiscal year. Muni bonds turned in a very strong performance. In late 2023, they rallied as inflation continued to fall and economic data weakened. And in the summer and early fall, cooling consumer prices and the Fed’s move to loosen monetary policy led to more gains. The biggest contributor to the Fund’s outperformance was an overweight to credit through high-yield, BBB-rated, and A-rated bonds. Sector allocation and security selection also added value, while overall duration detracted. |

Factors Affecting Performance [Text Block] | How did the Fund perform during the reporting period? For the 12 months ended October 31, 2024, the Fund outperformed its benchmark, the Bloomberg 1-5 Year Municipal Bond Index. U.S. economic growth hovered around 3% on a year-over-year basis during the period, quelling recession fears. In late 2023, they rallied as inflation continued to fall and economic data weakened, leading the markets to presume that interest rates had peaked. And in the summer and early fall, cooling consumer prices and the Fed’s move to loosen monetary policy led to more gains. The biggest contributor to the Fund’s outperformance was an overweight to credit through high-yield, BBB-rated, and A-rated bonds. |

Factors Affecting Performance [Text Block] | How did the Fund perform during the reporting period? For the 12 months ended October 31, 2024, the Fund outperformed its benchmark, the Bloomberg 1 Year Municipal Bond Index. U.S. economic growth hovered around 3% on a year-over-year basis during the period, quelling recession fears. Having a relatively long duration stance and shifting exposure from floating-rate securities to fixed-rate securities also added value. |

Factors Affecting Performance [Text Block] | How did the Fund perform during the reporting period? For the 12 months ended October 31, 2024, the Fund performed in line with its benchmark, the S&P National AMT-Free Municipal Bond Index. U.S. economic growth hovered around 3% on a year-over-year basis during the period, quelling recession fears. In September 2024, the Federal Reserve began cutting interest rates for the first time since early 2020, and the year-over-year rate of consumer price inflation eased to around 2.5%. Even with some negative monthly returns, U.S. investment-grade bonds posted strong gains for the fiscal year. Muni bonds turned in a very strong performance. In late 2023, they rallied as inflation continued to fall and economic data weakened, leading the markets to presume that interest rates had peaked. And in the summer and early fall, cooling consumer prices and the Fed’s move to loosen monetary policy led to more gains. As a whole, revenue bonds returned a little more than general obligation bonds. Lower-quality and longer-dated bonds performed best. |

And in the summer and early fall, cooling consumer prices and the Fed’s move to loosen monetary policy led to more gains. As a whole, revenue bonds returned a little more than general obligation bonds. Lower-quality and longer-dated bonds performed best. |

Factors Affecting Performance [Text Block] | How did the Fund perform during the reporting period? From its inception on January 26 through October 31, 2024, the Fund performed roughly in line with its benchmark, the S&P Intermediate Term National AMT-Free Municipal Bond Index. The Fund seeks to track the performance of a benchmark index that measures the investment-grade segment of the U.S. municipal bond market with remaining maturities between one month and twenty years. Even with some negative monthly returns, investment-grade bonds posted strong gains for the fiscal period. Muni bonds returned less than their taxable counterparts. Enthusiasm for munis and fixed-income securities in general waned in early 2024, owing in part to the expected timeline for interest rate cuts getting pushed back. |
