Item 5.02. Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.
(c) On June 18, 2012, the Board of Directors of Comprehensive Care Corporation (“CompCare” or the “Company”) approved the appointment of Robert J. Landis, age 53, to serve as the Chief Financial Officer of the Company effective June 18, 2012, a position previously held by Mr. Landis from July 1998 to February 2009. Mr. Landis has served as the Company’s Chief Accounting Officer since February 2009 and has been serving as Acting Chief Financial Officer since January 2011. Mr. Landis did not enter into any agreements or arrangements upon his appointment.
