Item 5.03.	Amendments to Articles of Incorporation or Bylaws; Change in Fiscal Year.
On May 22, 2006, the Registrant amended its Bylaws to delete the second paragraph of Article III, Section 1 and the proviso to Article VIII, Section 2. A copy of the Bylaws, restated to reflect these amendments, is attached as Exhibit 3.3 hereto.
