Item 8.01.	Other Events.
On November 21, 2007, the staff of the Securities and Exchange Commission (the "SEC") notified Computer Sciences Corporation (the "Company") that the SEC's investigation into the Company's stock option grant practices has been completed, and that the staff does not intend to recommend any enforcement action by the SEC against CSC.
