Item 8.01.  Other Events.

On February 25, 2011, the Company’s Board of Directors declared a cash dividend of $0.20 per share for the quarter ended December 31, 2010, payable on April 15, 2011 to the holders of record of the Company’s common stock as of the close of business on March 15, 2011.
