Item 8.01. Other Events
Reference is made to the Company’s Current Report on Form 8-K filed on August 24, 2011 in which the Company reported that it had reached an agreement in principle with the United States Government in its dispute of contract claims asserted under the Contract Disputes Act of 1978, along with related information.
On September 28, 2011, the Company issued a press release announcing that the Company has finalized its agreement with the United States Government in its dispute of contract claims asserted under the Contract Disputes Act of 1978. A copy of the September 28, 2011 press release is filed herewith as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated herein by reference and made a part hereof.
