Computer Sciences Corporation (the "Company") requires additional time to file its Annual Report on Form 10-K for the year ended April 1, 2016 in order to complete the execution of the modified controls and review processes implemented during the third quarter in connection with the implementation of a new financial system. The Company is working to complete the Form 10-K as expeditiously as possible and expects to file the report on or before June 15, 2016, within the time allowed by the extension.

On May 24, 2016, the Company issued a press release reporting its preliminary and unaudited financial results for the fourth quarter and full year ended April 1, 2016, which reflects any significant changes in results of operations from the corresponding period in the prior fiscal year, and furnished such press release as an exhibit to a Current Report on Form 8-K on such date.
