On May 12, 2010, Computer Task Group, Incorporated (the “Company”) held its 2010 Annual Meeting of Shareholders (the “Annual Meeting”) in Buffalo, New York. At the Annual Meeting, the Company’s shareholders approved the Company’s 2010 Equity Award Plan. The material terms and conditions of the plan were previously reported in the Company’s definitive proxy statement under Proposal 3, which was filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission on March 31, 2010 and is incorporated herein by reference.
