On October 26, 2021, the Registrant issued a press release announcing the Company has begun work on a previously secured multi-million dollar contract with a large regional healthcare system client to manage the go-live and provide associated training for a major Epic implementation. The implementation is anticipated to go-live in December 2021. The press release is attached to this report as Exhibit 99.1.
