In connection with the previously announced relocation of certain employees of Molson Coors Brewing Company (the “Company”) to Milwaukee, Wisconsin, the Company and its Principal Accounting Officer, Brian Tabolt, determined on November 13, 2019 that Mr. Tabolt will cease his service as the Company’s Principal Accounting Officer on or prior to July 1, 2021.
