On December 10, 2019, Cousins Properties Incorporated (the "Company") issued a press release announcing execution of an agreement to sell Hearst Tower in Charlotte, North Carolina for $455.5 million. The press release is attached as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K.
