KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS that the undersigned director or officer, or both, of CRAWFORD & COMPANY, a Georgia corporation (the “Corporation”), hereby constitutes and appoints ALLEN W. NELSON, R. ERIC POWERS, III and W.
