On February 4, 2003, Crown Cork & Seal Company, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing that, in conjunction with its comprehensive refinancing plan, it has commenced concurrent tender offers for any and all of certain series of the outstanding notes of the Company and its subsidiaries.
A copy of the press release is filed as Exhibit 99.1 to this Report and incorporated herein by reference.
