The purpose of this 8-K is to provide further specific information regarding the use of proceeds from its May 22, 2023 offering.
On May 22 2023, Daxor Corporation (“the Company”) raised net proceeds of $3,555,532 through a public offering of 410,260 shares at $9.75 per share, as stated in the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) (https://www.sec.gov/Archives/edgar/data/27367/000149315223018750/form497.htm#Ha_006). The offering documents cited next generation technology development specifically as one of the uses of proceeds from the offering.
The Company announces that it specifically reserved $550,000 of the proceeds from the May 22, 2023 public offering to support the development of a proprietary hematocrit capability compatible with its next generation technologies.
The company anticipates that development work will proceed over a 12 month period and will be in conjunction with other technology development efforts supported by the Department of Defense for the Company’s next generation technologies.
