TARGET ANNOUNCES DEPARTURE OF CHIEF MARKETING OFFICER FRANCIS

MINNEAPOLIS, October 3, 2011 — Target today announced that Michael Francis, EVP and CMO of Target Corporation, has elected to leave the company.
