On March 9, 2020, Henrique De Castro informed the Board of Directors (the “Board”) of Target Corporation (“Target”) of his decision not to stand for re-election at the end of his current term expiring at the 2020 Annual Meeting of Shareholders in June. Mr. De Castro will continue to serve as a member of the Board and on the Audit & Finance Committee and Infrastructure & Investment Committee until his current term on the Board expires.
