On April 1, 2016, the Board of Directors of BAYLAKE CORP. issued a press release (the "Press Release") announcing the declaration of a special dividend to be paid on April 25, 2016. A copy of the Press Release is attached as Exhibit 99.1 to this report. The attached Exhibit 99.1 is furnished pursuant to Item 7.01 of Form 8-K.
