On July 13, 2018, Connecticut Water Service, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release, a copy of which is attached as Exhibit 99.1 hereto and incorporated herein by reference, regarding communications between the Board of Directors of the Company and Eversource Energy. Also attached as Exhibit 99.2 hereto and incorporated herein by reference is a copy of an investor presentation, containing information supporting the determination of the Board of Directors of the Company in connection with Eversource Energy’s proposal.
