Appointment of Robert B. Sturges to Board of Directors
At the meeting of the Board of Directors (the “Board”) of Nevada Gold & Casinos, Inc. (the “Company”) held on April 5, 2007, the Board increased the number of Directors of the Company to eight by appointing Robert B. Sturges, the Company’s CEO, as a Director to serve until the next annual meeting of the Company’s shareholders. The appointment of Mr. Sturges as a Director is effective immediately. A copy of the press release issued by the Company is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1.
