On July 30, 2007, Nevada Gold & Casinos, Inc. entered into an agreement to extend the maturity date of its Amended and Restated Credit Facility dated January 19, 2006. The amendment extended the maturity date of the Credit Facility from June 30, 2008 to September 30, 2008.
