On October 30, 2003, the Registrant announced plans to issue
financial results for the Registrant's fiscal year ended August 2,
2003 on Monday, November 3, 2003 and to conduct a conference call on
Wednesday, November 5, 2003 to discuss the financial results. In
addition, the Registrant announced that it expects to file its Form
10-K early next week. For additional information, reference is made
to the press release which is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.01 and
is incorporated herein by reference.
