On January 30, 2007, the registrant announced that the Registration
Statement filed for its previously announced rights offering was declared
effective on January 30, 2007 by the Securities and Exchange Commission. A copy

Exhibit 99.1 to this Form 8-K and is incorporated herein by reference.
