(b), (c) Delta Air Lines, Inc. announced on May 20, 2019 that effective June 1, 2019 Craig M. Meynard will retire as Vice President and Chief Accounting Officer. Previously, he had been designated as Delta’s principal accounting officer. William C. Carroll, Delta’s Senior Vice President – Finance and Controller, 62, has been designated as Delta’s principal accounting officer effective upon Mr. Meynard’s retirement. Mr. Carroll has been employed by Delta since August 2013, serving as Senior Vice President – Finance and Controller from August 2013 to March 2016 and from April 2018 to present, as Senior Vice President – International CFO and Administration from April 2016 to December 2016 and as Senior Vice President – International and Alliances from December 2016 to March 2018.
