Explanation of Responses:

1. The shares represent a grant of restricted common stock to Mr. Spanos, as approved by the Personnel & Compensation Committee of Delta's Board of Directors (the "Committee"). Subject to the terms of the award, the restrictions on the shares will lapse in three equal installments on June 12, 2024, 2025 and 2026. This grant is exempt from Section 16(b) of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934 under Rule 16b-3(d)(1).

2. The Committee granted Mr. Spanos 32,600 shares of restricted common stock under Delta's 2023 long-term incentive program. The shares will vest pursuant to the terms of the applicable award agreement. This grant was approved by the Committee and is exempt from Section 16(b) of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934 under Rule 16b-3(d)(1).
