On March 18, 2009, the Company issued a press release announcing that it has filed arbitration proceedings against Prolink Holdings Corp requesting injunctive relief and a declaration of a termination of that certain January 22, 2004 license agreement. A copy of the press release is attached as Exhibit 99.1.
