Item 1.01 Entry Into a Material Definitive Agreement.
The Dixie Group, Inc. is adjusting the credit commitment of its senior loan facility to more closely resemble the amount of collateralized assets currently available as well as increasing the amount of credit available to the Company by $2,750,000. The loan commitment for the Credit Agreement between The Dixie Group, Inc. and Wells Fargo Capital Finance, LLC, the Agent, dated as of September 13, 2011 and most recently amended by the Eleventh Amendment dated as of January 14, 2019, will be reduced from $150,000,000 to $125,000,000 effective October 3rd, 2019.
