Item 8.01. Other Events
On May 25, 2016, Donaldson Company, Inc. (the “Company”) announced that the Company’s Board of Directors has increased the Company’s common stock cash dividend to 17.5 cents per share, payable June 29, 2016 to shareholders of record as of June 10, 2016. The current declaration is the 243rd consecutive quarterly cash dividend paid by Donaldson over a time span of 60 years.
