On April 4, 2006, Constar, Inc. entered into a new Lease Agreement with CROWN Cork & Seal USA, Inc. for its Philadelphia headquarters. The Lease Agreement is effective as of January 1, 2006 and is scheduled to terminate on December 31, 2006.
