Mr. Frank Gregory, the Company’s Vice President of European Operations, is resigning from the Company. Mr. Christopher Phelan, the Company’s European Director of Research and Development, has been promoted to Vice President of European Operations and will assume Mr. Gregory’s responsibilities. It is expected that Mr. Gregory will remain with the Company for a period of time to effect a smooth transition, and that following such transition severance payments will be made to Mr. Gregory. The structure and size of such payments are being negotiated.
