ITEM 5.03 AMENDMENTS TO ARTICLES OF INCORPORATION OR BYLAWS; CHANGE IN FISCAL YEAR
On June 21, 2006, the Board amended Sections 33, 34 and 37 of the Company's Bylaws to provide that the Company’s stock may be issued in uncertificated form. A copy of the amended and restated Bylaws is attached as Exhibit 3.1 to this report.
