Item 7.01. Regulation FD Disclosure.
On December 5th and 6th, 2006, certain members of senior management of R.H. Donnelley Corporation (the “Company”) are scheduled to make a presentation at industry conferences sponsored by Credit Suisse and UBS.
During its presentation at each conference, management intends to present a slide presentation, a copy of which is attached hereto as exhibit 99.1.
