On July 27, 2007, the Company announced that Thomas E. Reddin had been appointed to serve on its Board of Directors, effective July 24, 2007. The press release announcing such appointment is attached as Exhibit 99.1.
Mr. Reddin has been appointed to serve as a Class III director with a term expiring at the 2008 Annual Meeting of Stockholders. He has been appointed to serve on the Corporate Governance and Compensation and Benefits Committees of the Board.
