ITEM 5.02 DEPARTING DIRECTORS OR CERTAIN OFFICERS; ELECTION OF DIRECTORS; APPOINTMENT OF CERTAIN OFFICERS; COMPENSATORY ARRANGEMENTS TO CERTAIN OFFICERS
(a) On September 11, 2022, Paul C. Burns, Vice President-Strategy & Business Development for the Company, notified the Company that he will be leaving the Company to pursue an alternative career opportunity. Mr. Burns has committed to facilitating completion of certain projects and to ensuring a smooth transition of his responsibilities; as such, the actual date of his departure is not known at this time.
