On July 30, 2024, Fannie Mae filed its quarterly report on Form 10-Q for the quarter ended June 30, 2024 and is issuing a press release reporting its financial results for the periods covered by the Form 10-Q. Copies of the press release and a financial supplement are furnished as Exhibits 99.1 and 99.2, respectively, to this report and are incorporated herein by reference.
