Item 8.01. Other Events.
On February 23, 2006, Printronix, Inc. issued a press release announcing the declaration of a quarterly cash dividend of $0.07 per share to be paid on March 20, 2006 to shareholders of record as of March 6, 2006. A copy of the Company’s press release announcing this dividend declaration is attached as Exhibit 99 to this Current Report on Form 8-K.
