Item 8.01. Other Events.
On February 21, 2007, Printronix, Inc. issued a press release announcing the declaration of a quarterly cash dividend of $0.10 per share to be paid on March 19, 2007, to shareholders of record as of March 5, 2007. A copy of the Company’s press release announcing this dividend declaration is attached as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K.
