COCONUT GROVE, FLORIDA, December 19, 2016 - HMG/Courtland Properties, Inc. (NYSE Amex: HMG), announced today that its Board of Directors has declared a dividend of $.50 per share on the Company’s Common Stock payable on January 9, 2017 to shareholders of record as of December 29, 2016.
