On August 20, 2007, Paradigm Holdings, Inc. (the “Company” or “Paradigm”) is scheduled to make a presentation at the Noble Financial Group investor conference. Peter B. LaMontagne, President and Chief Executive Officer of the Company, and Richard Sawchak, Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of the Company, will present Paradigm’s corporate overview and growth strategy. The presentation to be discussed at the conference is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1.
