The Board of Directors of Paradigm Holdings, Inc., a Wyoming corporation (the “Company”), has set the record date for determining shareholders entitled to notice of and to vote at the special meeting of shareholders (the “Special Meeting”) to approve the reincorporation of the Company into the State of Nevada (the “Reincorporation”), and certain other matters, as May 31, 2010. The Company anticipates that the Special Meeting shall occur on June 21, 2010 or such later date as the Company’s Board of Directors may determine. The Company anticipates that the Reincorporation will be consummated promptly following the Special Meeting.
