On April 15, 2005, the Registrant issued a press release announcing the webcast of its presentation at the IPAA Symposium scheduled for 1:35 p.m. Eastern time on Tuesday April 19, 2005. Additionally, on April 18, 2005, the Registrant issued a press release updating operational data for it's Maverick Basin operations.
