Shareholder Meeting Notice Danaher Corporation’s Annual Meeting of Shareholders will be held on Tuesday, May 5, 2020 at Washington Marriott Georgetown at 3:00 p.m. Eastern Time. Proposals to be voted on at the meeting are listed below along with the Board of Directors’ recommendations. The Board of Directors recommends a vote FOR all director nominees and FOR Proposals 2 and 3:                1. Election of Directors. 2. To ratify the selection of Ernst & Young LLP as Danaher’s independent registered public accounting firm for the year ending December 31, 2020. 3.
