Item 5.03 Amendments to Articles of Incorporation or By-Laws
The Company’s Board of Directors amended the Corporation By-Laws on March 21, 2006 by adopting a resolution to allow shareholders to vote by the internet and telephone for the annual meeting. A copy of the amendment to the by-laws is included as Exhibit 3.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K and is incorporated herein by reference.
