Item 7.01 Regulation FD Disclosure.
This Amendment No. 1 to Form 8-K amends the Form 8-K dated May 28, 2015, originally filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission on May 29, 2015 to correct the date on which McEwen Mining Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing the results of its annual meeting. The Company issued the press release on June 1, 2015. Other than the foregoing, there are no other changes to the information contained in the original press release. A copy of the press release is attached to this report as Exhibit 99.1.
