Item 5.02 Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers
On August 30, 2019, Donald Brown, Senior Vice-President, Projects, resigned his position as an officer and employee of McEwen Mining Inc. (the “Company”). However, Mr. Brown will continue in the capacity of a consultant to the Company for the foreseeable future.
