Explanation of Responses:

1. Shares were acquired through dividend reinvestment in the First Busey Corporation Employee Stock Purchase Plan.

2. Represents a grant of Performance Stock Units for which performance-based vesting requirements were confirmed to have been satisfied by the Board of Directors of the issuer on January 31, 2025.

3. Represents settlement of accumulated dividend equivalent rights that were accrued on Performance Stock Units for which performance-based vesting requirements were confirmed to have been satisfied by the Board of Directors of the issuer on January 31, 2025. Each dividend equivalent right is the economic equivalent of one share of First Busey Corporation Stock.

4. Upon settlement of Performance Stock Units and dividend equivalent shares accrued for Performance Stock Units, shares were withheld to satisfy the related tax obligations.

5. Represents dividend equivalent rights accrued on Restricted Stock Units in connection with the payment of a cash dividend on First Busey Corporation Stock. Each dividend equivalent right is the economic equivalent of one share of First Busey Corporation Stock.
