On November 26, 2008, Geokinetics Inc., a Delaware corporation (the "Company"), announced the participation of Richard F. Miles, the Company’s President and Chief Executive Officer, and Scott A. McCurdy, the Company’s Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, in the Oppenheimer 3rd Annual Oil Services and Equipment Conference on Wednesday, December 3, 2008, at Oppenheimer’s offices at 300 Madison Avenue, New York City, NY. The press release is attached hereto as exhibit 99.1 and the presentation is attached hereto as exhibit 99.2, the contents of which are furnished in its entirety.
On December 2, 2008, the Company, announced the presentation of Richard F. Miles, the Company’s President and Chief Executive Officer, and Scott A. McCurdy, the Company’s Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, in the 3rd Annual Capital One Southcoast 2008 Energy Conference on Monday, December 8, 2008, starting at 4:20 p.m. Central Standard Time at the Windsor Court Hotel, New Orleans, LA.
