On December 5, 2007, Richard F. Miles, the Company’s President and Chief Executive Officer, and Scott A. McCurdy, the Company’s Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, participated in the Capital One Southcoast 2007 Energy Conference, starting at 9:00 a.m. Central Standard Time at the Windsor Court Hotel, New Orleans, LA.
