The Registrant notified the Israeli Securities Authority on August 29, 2016 that Ms. Yael Andorn has been appointed as a director (independent director) with immediate effect.
The Registrant filed the required declaration executed by Ms. Yael Andorn with the Israeli Securities Authority as required under Israeli law.
The Registrant also filed the updated list of its Officers and Directors reflecting the appointment of Ms. Yael Andorn as director of the Registrant.
