    Item 7.01Regulation FD Disclosure.

    On October 14, 2021, Deere & Company (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing that a labor strike had been initiated by the International Union, United Automobile, Aerospace and Agricultural Implement Workers of America affecting more than 10,000 workers at 14 Company facilities across the United States. A copy of the press release is furnished herewith as Exhibit 99.1.
