Item 7.01 Regulation FD Disclosure.
The management team of EXCO Resources, Inc. (“EXCO Resources”) plans to meet with certain of its institutional investors and other shareholders beginning on December 3, 2008 to discuss matters pertinent to EXCO Resources. A copy of the materials that will be discussed at the meeting is being furnished as Exhibit 99.1 hereto.
